Mezopuzzle is an original sliding blocks game providing polished mechanics and a fresh view on game story. The Plot is grounded on real ancient Maya mythology.
Maya mythology is part of Mesoamerican mythology and comprises all those Mayan tales in which personified forces of nature, deities, and the heroes interacting with these play the main roles. Other parts of Maya oral tradition (such as animal tales and many moralising stories) do not properly belong to the domain of mythology.
In this game as a researcher of ancient Mezoamerican culture gamer is offered to find the truth about three mysterious drawings on the wall.
Some bits of picture are crumbled and messed up. So the goal of researcher is to unravel this riddle, collecting precious fragments of paintings and to reconstruct three Maya legends on his/her own. Every story represents another level of complexity. Every level you need to complete 10 paintings that step by step recreate key moments of the legendary stories. The game includes 30 unique puzzles.
The puzzles differ from one another. Forms of blocks are different. Empty space on the playing field and special geometry permit to move them in any directions within the boundaries of a playing field – right, left, up, down. To optimize the gameplay you’re able to slide a few blocks at one time. When you have the picture accomplished, it takes its place on the wall.
After the first update the game will be supplemented with additional levels. The first version costs $ 0.99; updated one will be priced at $2,99.
