Happy Teachers’ Day 2009

The actual day itself is supposed to be tomorrow, the 1st of September. But of course, it is better to be early than late, it is better to do it now than never (was worried that I might feel lazy tomorrow). Today, the school celebrated as well with tomorrow being a holiday for all staff and students. Teachers’ Day is always special to different students and the different studying stages they are currently in.

I remembered that during my primary school days, teachers’ day was the day where lessons wouldn’t be carried out at all.  My friends would come to school earlier to do up the blackboard (Yes, during my primary school time, we still used chalk and the blackboard.), using chalks of different colours, they would design some kind of greetings to our teachers. That itself, obstructs teachers from using the board thus they simply let us have free time during lessons.  It has almost been the same since Primary 4, where the board always gets filled up with beautiful wordings and greetings. After that, we would have some performances and stuff like that before actually finally going home. Continue reading

Guild Wars 2 Official LogoThe gamer within me is getting orgasmic. I’ve always wanted to play guildwars but just didn’t had the time to do so. It dragged on and on till Guildwars 2 was annouced. That made me feel that I should spend the money on guildwars 2 instead, so now I’ve just got to wait a little longer. Hope when it comes out I wouldn’t be too busy to spend time playing it.

Ill Twice in Two Months

Recently, my body has been fragile and weak. It doesn’t help when there is a flu bug going around school and a swine flu spreading around the world. It sucks to be sick. I remembered I once said that I felt like going to school more than staying at home. That is mainly because school is kind of fun although I do complain a lot about the homework and stress. Still, friends are there, teachers are fun, time though at times seem to pass slowly is well spent. Even if I’m sleeping during lessons, I felt that I’ve felt that the time spent was fruitful. Don’t ask me why, it is just a feeling. I’ve got a feeling, that the next few days won’t go too well for me. Sick since last Friday; head aching, body aches, fever going up and down like a roller coaster. However, I still went to school though since in the morning I feel fit like a fiddle. Continue reading

Minigore is a survival shooter for the iPhone/iPod. You play as John Gore, armed with a pistol with the luck of getting a shotgun later on, you fight off furries as you try to stay alive as long as possible. A mini basic one, the fire furry (alliteration to emphasize the coolness of the monster), a big furry and lastly the biggest furry. Each have their own abilities and skills for example the fire furry runs as fast as how forest fire spreads, the big furry produces mini furries when shot and lastly the biggest furry produces big furry when shot. That is the basic outline of the game. Continue reading
