This is a really cool way of locking your house. We hear of finger print recognization locks, the common key locks, number code locks and so on. But today, I’ll be sharing with you a lock that is cool and new (to me at least). A guy posted a video on how his lock works and it simply works by recognizing a knocking pattern. Sounds great? Yes it is, read on for the video. Continue reading

SharkSpace Webhosting Review
I’ve recently (around 2 weeks ago) shifted host. The main reason for doing so is due to the poor uptime of my previous host. That was not all, the loading time of the server is totally horrendous. I’ve tried optimizing to the best of my ability but the time taken to simply get a response from the server itself is way too long. That plus the free time I had since my examinations were finally over, resulted in the shift to a new host.
I search long and hard, looking for a host that is affordable and reliable. No point paying a dollar a month and then the server shuts down after a month. Reading forums and other people’s reviews, I decided to give SharkSpace webhosting a try. SharkSpace started in the year 2004, so I guess they do have some experience in this field. Their pricing is fantastically reasonable as well. To add on, they have an ongoing 50% off life discount that is currently available for certain plans. I’ll review the host based on first impression, my experience so far with their support and of course whether the server is performing for the price or the promises they made. Continue reading
TorchLight Review
Today, I present to you a review of TorchLight. Not the physical object that helps shine light in dark places, but a game named somewhat after it. TorchLight is a action role-playing game, similar to that of perhaps diablo and FATE. The designers and developers of the game are part of those two games I mentioned, therefore they are extremely similar in terms of game concept and design. The brief outline of the game is basically you choosing a character, taking some quests, go into dungeons, kill the monsters, come back out, finish the quest, repeat. Sounds boringly repetitive? Nah, it is totally addictive. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. Continue reading
Assassin’s Creed Lineage Part 1
Pretty cool concept. This new series will be based on the game Assassin’s Creed on the PS3, Xbox360 and PC. Of course Assassin’s Creed 2 is coming out soon and this video perhaps serves the purpose of entertainment but also somewhat promoting the game to the public. The assassins and silent killing etc all sounds real cool and exciting. The game itself was a great hit among gamers and the people. The first part of the series is average though, that is all my opinion. As in it does look great and sound good, but the main storyline and how the actors actually act the script out felt rather weird and awkward. As in like those you see in a Hollywood B or C film. Still, worth a watch I guess. Continue reading
It is Over and Now it is Ending
The final battle had gone by and now the year is coming to an end. School curriculum ends this Thursday. Time flies eh? One moment you hear me whining about not studying enough and now you hear me speak about the upcoming holidays. Alright, anyways there has been a lot of different things that happened during these few days or weeks. Continue reading
How not to sell a Wii

The safety precautions diagrams and instructions that are present everywhere in the wii box, manual etc should be followed whether you are a developer, a gamer or even a sales person. This video shows the dangers of not strapping on your wii accessories to your hand. Okay, this ain’t new since such cases are already widely known for quite some time already. However, this is definitely worth a watch. The sales person is on Live television and his job then was to sell the wii. Haha, what a way to smash a lcd screen on live telecast. Now, I hope people who watched will learn from his mistake and not repeat it. Besides, those people who just bought a new set have no excuses for not strapping.

How to dive and cheat
This is a very funny parody and exaggeration of famous soccer diving moments. Some are very recognizable and is definitely worth a laugh whether that soccer player is your idol or not or whether he did actually fall due to unforseen circumstances etc. No offence to any of the fans but this is just for laugh.

And for those who actually want to learn how to so called “cheat” in a match, this video has some tips for you as well. heh, guilty of some of the tricks there when playing with friends. Always funny when you dive and do something real stupid when playing a leisure game of soccer.
Hit the jump for the video. Continue reading
