A Reckless Disregard For Gravity Review

The full title for the game should be “AaaaaAAaaaAAAaaAAAAaAAAAA!!! — A Reckless Disregard for Gravity”. That’s right, 25 As followed by a title that makes better sense. Didn’t want to put the full title for it might screw up the template somehow. Anyways, A Reckless Disregard For Gravity (ARDFG for short) is a unique game developed by the indie developers Dejobaan. This game, inspired by the activity called BASE jumping, sets players in a situation like no other. You are basically jumping down from up above whether is it the mountain area or city like area, collecting points as you stay close to floating buildings or the walls.

This trailer applies only to console versions (PS3/X360), PC Users, I’m sorry but you’ve nothing like this. Yes, be disappointed, be sad. I was before, but now that I have the console version, I’m happier. In the video, the 360 movement doesn’t really look that 360 eh? Hmm, I wonder what tweaks they put into this version this time. Hope these tweaks are enough to justify it being sold as a new game and not just a patch or some sort. Video after the jump. Continue reading

Persona Trinity Soul Review

Take note, this isn’t a review of a game. Instead, it is a review of an Anime called, Persona Trinity Soul. Persona Trinity Soul, from the title itself, is based on the game series Persona. In the show and game, the persona is basically like a supernatural character/soul/avatar that comes out of a person. With that said, these personas do have supernatural powers and abilities. That's Shin's Persona Continue reading

The Pot Calling the Kettles Black

The Pans and Pots
I am the pot, and I go around calling the other kettles black. Not only do I call them black, I tell them how they were useless, how they can’t perform tasks as efficiently as me. How I can boil water faster than them, how my material was of top quality and theirs of rubbish. I go around, doing that often feeling high about myself. I go around, humiliating the kettles, making them feel useless.

ONE DAY, I decided to have a match between one of the kettles and me. The competition was about boiling water. Whoever can boil the water the fastest, wins. So we both set off, filling ourselves with equal amount of water. We plugged ourselves into the electric socket and set on the switch. There we go, racing against time trying to beat one another. I tried my best, to boil the water. Continue reading

Thumbnails For Related Posts in WordPress

I’ve recently chanced upon an article that inspired me greatly. The article is basically adding thumbnails to the related posts instead of just having the text link itself. Well, who would have actually thought of that? This idea has never ever crossed my mind before. We know of how Youtube uses thumbnails for related video but perhaps it is necessary since it is concerning videos. Never did I thought of actually putting thumbnails beside related posts in blogs and websites. I don’t know why but I’ve to actually emphasize that point over and over again. Because it is so simple, mundane and that we’ve seen it applied in various other types of sites etc, but why not in blogs? Continue reading
