PC Ongaku Game Review

Ongaku means music in Japanese. Ongaku, like the name itself, is a music rhythm game created by indie developers Smashmouth Games. Think along the lines of guitar hero, rock band and of course dance dance revolution back then that started it all (at least for me). Notes come flying and you tap the different keys accordingly as you listen to the music that is being played. This genre is proven to be great fun for all types of gamers and of all ages. Ongaku is played with no additional gadget but your old good keyboard. How does it fair among the heavy guns that have taken over this generation of music rhythm games? Read on to find out more. Shoot to Kill HD Review

Shoot to Kill is an action arcade survival game for the iPhone as well as the iPad. This review is based on the HD version for the iPad. The gameplay and overall feel to the game should, however, be similar for both devices. The basic outline of the game is to simply shoot your way through the depths of hell and survive till you get out of it. Yeah, don’t ask me how the hell you smuggled a gun in. Read on for the review. Mini American Football Trick Play

I’ve been watching American football once in a while ever since I’ve got the channel to watch such sports. American football itself is kind of fun to watch, played some mini version in school and is kind of fun as well. Like all sports, it is often filled with excitement and some times amazing plays that just can never get out of your mind. Just remembered watching the highlight of how one team used a fake punt play or something and scored a winning touch down (sorry don’t really follow much so I’m unsure about the teams’ name. Watched it off youtube as well). Amazing stuff there, and here today I’ve chanced upon yet another amazing play, a tricky one. Continue reading

Results Out Happiness Gone

Examination results were released days ago and of course that means that reality starts kicking in again. Until I get to pass that re-examination I’ll be worrying my ass off, while I should be at least. Anyways, I think I did pretty okay, nothing too spectacular or extremely terrible. If I were to compare with the rest of the cohort I would say a little below average? Yeah, not really average I guess, since it is a little bit lower than that of other people whose subject combination seems to be of much higher difficulty to that of mine. Of particular horribleness are the subjects Physics and Math which I both did rather badly. Continue reading

PC The Great White Destroyer Review

The Great White Destroyer is an Indie PC game developed by independent developer Backyard Ninja. It plays as an arcade action game, something to that of a beat’em up (more of eat’em up in this case) where the main objective is to simply destroy and eat whatever that is in your way. You play as a great white shark and like the title of the game states, you are a destroyer. Yes you destroy everything and anything that pisses you off along the way land or sea. Continue reading
