Recently stumbled upon another indie bundle kind of site and decided to make a short list of some of the more established bundle sites. Here is a list of sites that I have compiled quickly for your reference (not really exhaustive and does not cover every single indie bundle out there in the World Wide Web). Cat Run AirAttack Astro Dodge iPhone Games Review
From cats running across roads to flying war planes and to space ships, we have them all in this iPhone Games Review round-up! Cat Run is a fun arcade style game where the objectives are similar to that of the classic game called Frogger and the gameplay style is that of Flight Control. AirAttack is an arcade shooter where you simply shoot down enemies as they come and stay alive to win the level. Astro Dodge is an asteroid game where you stay alive and collect points. DAN the MAN
Dan the man is the title of an animated video that features Dan, as the protagonist saving a princess. The animation is based on the gaming world and has great resemblance to many side scrolling games. The storyline is very much like Mario in the case that the hero fights the evil to save a princess. Ghost Recon Future Soldier Future War Live Action Trailer
Yet another live action trailer by Ubisoft. Ubisoft has been coming out with rather fantastic trailers for their upcoming games. For example we had the Assassin Creed Lineage videos previous. Great concept, great visuals magnificent stuff.
Jailbreak: Voice Onrush Review
Jailbreak: Voice Onrush is based on a Nintendo DSi Ware game (Escapee GO!) and is ported over to the iPhone and iPod Touch. The game has a very simple storyline to it and it goes something like this: You wake up in a cell with no memories of your own. All information of yourself is unavailable and you are being hunted down by an unknown enemy for god knows what reason. You have to run away from these people, escape and save yourself. With the aid of new found powers along the way, you have to succeed in escaping from the enemies’ hands. Continue reading
Omniball Game Review
Omniball is a pong styled game out for the iPhone and the iPod Touch. The objective of the game is to simply not let the ball go out and gain the most points. It is something like pong yet so different. Basically you have a “match ringâ€, opponents, paddles and a ball. The match ring is a small circle enclosing the area where the ball is safe. Fallout: New Vegas Teaser Trailer
I love the fallout series. I love the works published by Bethesda Softworks. And here we have a fallout game published by Bethesda Softworks that I didn’t even notice (must had missed it when it was annouced). Said to be coming out this fall. Can’t work, I simply love the gameplay style and free roaming concept that Fallout 3 has. Fallout New Vegas is said to be following on the same tracks and that is just simply awesome. Continue reading
