Britians Got Talent – Julian Smith

The music was fantastic.

Armed with just a saxophone he makes great music.

Usually you know that the music is good when your hair starts to stand in awe. As in that kind of feeling like some static charges just went by you or something.

Britian sure got loads of talent!

Music is “All by myself – Eric Carmen”

Enjoy!

sgBeat – Singapore Twitter

sgBeat LogoYet another local service has popped out. This time, it is a twitter clone. It works and serves the purpose of twitter. Of course, sgBeat caters mostly to the Singaporean users and its aims are that of introducing twitter to the Singapore netizens. Basically sgBeat is a twitter clone which links to twitter. Instead of “twitting”, you “beat” like how your heart would. I guess it means that you can write whatever you are feeling at that very moment so on and so forth. Instead of being a bird, you become a heart. How cool is that! Features are exactly similar to that of twitter with nothing out of the ordinary except the fact that by “beating” at sgBeat you have the ability to send that to twitter as well. This is rather smart in my opinion as Singaporean users will have little to complain or anything as sgBeat would serve as yet another twitter cilent thereabouts while giving them the ability to communicate with local twitters.

The Moment of Truth

Gotten back my results. Guess I did okay, not too good nor really too bad. But the results aren’t something I should really be proud of or whatsoever. Glad I didn’t fail any of my subjects, did poorly on papers which I felt was surprisingly easy, did averagely on paper I felt was normal, managing a pass for papers which I felt hard. Here the subjects and their respective grades: Continue reading

Portal – Still Alive Typography

Portal was a fantastic game. It was mentally challenging as players go through the different puzzles and levels.

The story of the whole game was rather simple, too simple actually. But it doesn’t actually matters.

The developers were smart and creative to provide a song at the end of the game, summing up almost everything you’ve been through.

Just stumbled upon this video (which was created months back I believe) that plays the game’s ending song.

The song itself is catchy and I can never forget about it. Now that someone’s made a typography styled video about it, I have to spread the joy of it.

It is Finally Over

What is done is done. There is no use crying over spilt milk but sometimes you just have to. Perhaps you wouldn’t cry then since it doesn’t do much but later on when you’re hungry and the thoughts of the milk being able to satisfy your hunger would make you cry. Similarly, the examinations that I just took were like the spilt milk. There is no use crying over how badly I think I’ve done, but just to accept the fact that I failed to plan and thus plan to fail. I wouldn’t of course start crying now for the grades aren’t back yet. For now, I’ll just be happy and go lucky till the day when the report cards are returned to us. Then, I would be crying thinking of how I could’ve done much better.

MTBig Planet

Little Big Planet and its awesome sack people. Hell yeah perhaps we should have a little big variety show or something shown on cable.

Cuteness at its very best.

Too bad ain’t got much time to touch my PS3 no more, but it is heart warming to see such videos once in a while.

Enjoy the video, yeah perhaps you can make one of those music videos as well.
